Slop Tower Defense Best Units and Trade Values: How to Compare Them

Aktualisiert: 2026-09-28

Compare Slop Tower Defense units by role, rarity, upgrade cost, and trade demand instead of relying on one outdated tier list.

How to Compare Slop Tower Defense Units

There is no permanent best unit for every map. The useful question is whether a unit improves your current team, survives the mode you are playing, and remains desirable in the community economy.

Battle value

Check the unit's actual role and upgrade path in the current game build:

  • Single-target damage: useful against high-health enemies.
  • Splash damage: useful when waves group together.
  • Stun or slow: valuable when control buys damage units more time.
  • Economy: helpful for scaling, but risky as the only early role.
  • Support: useful when its buff improves the rest of the lineup.

Trade value

Community trade lists often measure demand, rarity, supply, and how many copies are known to exist. These numbers can change quickly and should not be presented as official prices. Before trading, compare the current player offers, the unit's acquisition method, and whether the unit is needed in the current raid or event.

Rarity is not enough

A rare unit is not automatically the best first investment. A cheaper unit with a clear upgrade path may carry early waves more reliably than an expensive unit that needs unavailable materials. Use the tier list guide as a framework, then confirm the live stats and requirements.

Safer Team-Building Order

  1. Secure one reliable damage unit.
  2. Add area coverage for grouped enemies.
  3. Add control or support when the map requires it.
  4. Add economy after the opening wave is stable.
  5. Invest in event or trade targets only after checking their current availability.

The summoning and crafting guide covers acquisition paths, while the Raid Revamp guide explains why old rankings may shift after an update.

Avoid These Tier-List Traps

  • A video may test a different patch or difficulty.
  • Trade value and combat strength are not the same thing.
  • Shiny, Void, event, and evolved versions may behave differently.
  • A copied value list may be based on an unverified community report.
